Subscriptions and payments

• Free plan: available at no cost with limited features.
• Pro plan: $9.99 per month.
• Premium plan: $19.99 per month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may exclude applicable taxes.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal or harmful.
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without our written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates privacy.

AI-generated content

Your personalized plan and other AI suggestions are generated by automated models based on your inputs. They are general wellness suggestions, not professional advice. You decide what to act on.

Not medical advice

OffSwitch AI is a wellness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or mental health treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need mental health support, please contact a licensed provider or local emergency services.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its design, code, and brand. You keep ownership of the content you provide (such as your assessment answers) and grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or meet specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffSwitch AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
