• Assessment data: your answers to the AI Digital Burnout Assessment and the personalized plans generated from them.
• App activity: reminder settings, mood check-ins, reset completions, and other actions you take in the app.
• Subscription & billing: plan tier (Free, Pro, Premium), subscription status, and limited billing metadata. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
• Device & usage data: device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and basic diagnostics needed to operate the app.

How we use your information

• Personalize your burnout insights and boundary plan.
• Send the reminders and notifications you set up.
• Manage your account, sign-in, and subscription.
• Process payments through Stripe.
• Improve product quality, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• Communicate important service updates and respond to support requests.

Legal basis

We process your information to perform the contract you agree to when using the Service, to comply with legal obligations, and based on our legitimate interest in improving and securing the product. Where required, we rely on your consent (which you can withdraw at any time).

• Hosting & database: our backend infrastructure provider.
• Payments: Stripe, for subscription processing.
• AI providers: to generate your personalized plan from your assessment answers.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at privacy@getoffswitch.com. Some records (such as billing) may be retained as required by law.
